“Solefully” Guided Herd Meditation is for those desiring to pause, breathe and unite on a deeper level. This is a time to feel safe, find peace, and connect. We come together to focus on love, to heal, and to be mindful.

Meditation lowers stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, and lowers blood pressure. It also improves memory, concentration, happiness, and overall wellbeing. Horses naturally live in the present moment, balancing awareness, and resting. The 2 hours spent with the herd allows you to deepen the flow and balance, grounding in silence, and oneness.
